• Vehicles and Vehicle Documents: Checking that departmental vehicles are roadworthy, serviced as required, and have up-to-date documentation such as roadworthiness certificates, licenses, and insurance.

• Electrician Certifications and Documentation: Confirming that all electricians possess valid qualifications, permits, and up-to-date competency records.
