Safety Rep Training at Our Factory

At Mtfombeni Investments, safety is not just a policy—it's a culture. This week, we are proud to host a 2-day Safety Representative Training (23-04-2025 to 24-04-2025) at our factory, emphasizing our commitment to creating a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

The training, facilitated by qualified safety professionals, aims to equip selected employees with the knowledge and skills needed to serve as Safety Representatives. These individuals will play a key role in identifying potential hazards, promoting safe work practices, and acting as a bridge between management and staff on safety matters.

What the Training Covers:

• Understanding workplace health and safety legislation

• Identifying and reporting hazards

• Emergency procedures and first response

• Effective communication on safety issues

• Conducting regular inspections and safety meetings
