Electrical Department Audit
On the 4th of October 2024, our Electrical Department underwent a routine audit aimed at ensuring compliance with safety standards, tool management, and fleet maintenance. The audit was a vital part of our ongoing commitment to operational excellence and workplace safety.
What Was Assessed?
The audit focused on two key areas:
-
Tools Inspection:
Auditors checked the condition, organization, and safety compliance of all electrical tools used by our team. Each tool was assessed for proper labeling, maintenance records, and functionality. The goal was to confirm that all equipment is safe, well-maintained, and ready for use at any time. -
Company Vehicles:
Vehicles assigned to the department were also inspected. This included a check on logbooks, service history, cleanliness, and overall roadworthiness. Special attention was given to ensuring that vehicles are used responsibly and maintained according to company policies.
Why It Matters
Regular audits help us identify areas for improvement, maintain high safety standards, and ensure our team is working with reliable and approved equipment. It also strengthens our accountability when it comes to asset management.
Moving Forward
We are pleased to report that the audit went smoothly, and the team cooperated fully throughout the process. Any minor issues identified have been logged and will be addressed promptly. We appreciate the efforts of everyone involved in preparing for the audit and maintaining our standards on a daily basis.
Maintaining excellence in the Electrical Department is a shared responsibility, and together, we continue to build a safer and more efficient workplace.
